1. Discovery & Assessment
We will analyze your current document storage and email solution. This digital blueprint helps ensure that nothing is missed in your transition to LexWorkplace, and to ensure you get the most from your new document management solution.
2. Matter + Document Migration
Next, we will gather all of your documents, from wherever they are and migrate them into LexWorkplace and into appropriate matter files. In addition, if you use Practice Management software we can import your list of clients and matters to populate your Matters list in LexWorkplace.
3. Training + Support
Don't worry about a learning curve: we'll provide hands-on training to your entire team. We'll make sure your firm not only knows how to use LexWorkplace--but is excited about your new Document Management solution.
