Better Visibility into New LexWorkplace Updates
We realize it’s easy to miss when new features are released in LexWorkplace. To make new updates even more visible, we’ve updated the “What’s New” link in the Top Nav of LexWorkplace.
Now, when there’s a new update to LexWorkplace, the bell icon will animate (ring) until you’ve clicked on it once. When you click What’s New, you’ll see a drop-down list of the last handful of updates to LexWorkplace, each a clickable link to learn more about that particular update.
Create New Folder from Top-Nav New Menu
You’ve always been able to create new documents from the Top-Nav New menu, provided you’re in a location where documents can be created and saved.
Now, you can also create a new folder from the Top-Nav New menu, just like creating a new document.
Confirmation on Delete Document Version
In LexWorkplace, you can delete individual versions of a document, an optional way to keep document versions limited to significant or material versions.
Now, when deleting a specific version, you’ll be prompted to confirm your intent to permanently delete that version.
Miscellaneous Bugfixes
This update to LexWorkplace also includes a number of bugfixes.
- Fixed a bug in the LexWorkplace Launcher where, in edge cases, certain documents failed to upload, or unnecessarily prompted the user.
- Fixed a bug where, in certain conditions, the CTRL-C, CTRL-X, and CTRL-V keyboard shortcuts did not copy, cut and paste properly.
